Facing coronavirus pandemic, the submission method is one of the decisions that has been talked by the committee .
At this time, we will not be accepting any digital work from anywhere around the world. We are going to need your work only on paper base, only sent to us by mail delivery as stated on the competition requirements.
We apologize for this decision that was made by the committee even we understand the difficult situation you might be in. |

There are a few quick points you need to check before submitting your work .
5 things to do before you submit your work
- Print and paste your application form on the back of your submission.
- Send submission only through mail delivery.
- Pack submission in flat to avoid damage, if possible.
- Know that all costs for submission such as ship ping, delivery, tax, insurance etc. will be borne by the entrant.
- Make sure that your submission will arrive competition office by Oct.5th 5:00pm (Japan time).
